  • Food and Beverage Manager

    The Food and Beverage Manager will report to the Director of Culinary and F&B Operations. Successful individuals must be available to work flexible schedules and have proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators.

    - Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, direct and motivate supervisors and associates. Must be experienced with cost controls, financial controls, profit and loss statements, etc.

    - Direct and participate the functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

    - Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs among all departments.

    - Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

    - Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food & Beverage operations.

    - Assist in the recruiting of high quality personnel and manage the development, motivation and retention of staff.

    - Conduct and execute all company and General Manager directed projects.

    Hospitality experience required preferably in Food in Beverage.

  • Food and Beverage Supervisor

    We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as Food and Beverage Supervisor.     • Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.

    • Utilize the systems for inventory, receiving and product utilization (product cost).

    • Lead by following the standards of productivity for food & beverage personnel.

    • Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.

    • Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.

    • Assist in the other Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity needed.

  • Server

    We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Restaurant Server to join our team! Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.     The primary responsibilities for the Steward/Dishwasher include but are not limited to:

    • Handles and washes all glass, silverware, china, pots and pans and cooking utensils utilized by the banquet and culinary staff.

    • Handles and polishes all silver and copper chaffers and serving utensils to include coffeepots, tea pots, trays, goose necks and water pitchers.

    • Stores the above listed items in a neat and organized manner, always storing items in their assigned areas.

    • Empties all garbage cans and the disposal of all cardboard utilized by the Culinary staff.

    • Cleans all trashcans and returning of them to the proper areas of the kitchens.

    • Cleans all dish machines on a weekly basis.

    • Cleans kitchen equipment as required by the Executive Steward.

    • Cleans all floors throughout the culinary departments and the mats used in these areas.

    • Disposes of broken glassware and dishes.

    • Ensures required hot boxes are clean, plugged in and stocked with the appropriate number of plates and covers for upcoming events.

    • Ensures all walls and ceilings are clean at all times

    • Follows checklist duties and responsibilities given by management and supervisors.

    • Arrives for work on time and in proper uniform.

    We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Food Runner to join our team! The Food Runner is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for supporting the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Food Runner, it is your responsibility to accurately ensure timely delivery of all food to the dining room.     We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Guest Services Agent assists with the unloading of guest’s luggage and provides a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.

    Your Role:

    • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
    • Interacts with all guests. The bell person/ guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.
    • If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotel
    • You will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in.
    • You will park and retrieve guests vehicles as requested
    • Upon check-in, you will escort the guests and their luggage to their room. As you do so, you will be explaining our amenities and fun facts they should know about our hotel.
    • You will be working together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and will “dive" to open the door for all guests.
    • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
