The reason I'm giving it 5 stars is for the customer service. I've planned a lot of meetings and all of the places I've worked with in the past can learn from the level of customer service that this hotel provides. Despite the many last minute things that came up and the torrential downpour during our meeting, they made everything seamless and stress-less.
